This May marks the amusing launching of unique dining concept offered by Executive Chef Deden Gumilar of Riva Grill Bar & Terrace by The Park Lane Hotel Jakarta. Following the dry aging process, the meat is grilled using volcanic stone and will give a sensational taste as well as the decent tenderness. Chef Deden will also add his secret special recipe to the process so the result you will get is fantastic steak.

Various beef choices are also available to your liking from Australian Prime Beef, Australian Wagyu Beef Rib Eye, Australian Wagyu Beef Sirloin, and Australian Wagyu Beef Tenderloin. Not only that, the 30 days dry aging process is also applied to Graine Angus Beef Sirloin, Graine Australian Angus Beef Rib Eye, and the 45 days dry aging process including Australian Grass Prime Beef.
